SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are ALWAYS welcomed. I encourage you to reach out and send as many inspirational materials as possible.  Pictures, invitations, color swatches, etc.  We will do our best to recreate your vision.

SCHEDULING ORDERS

Scheduling is done thru the website; however, if you happen to need a lil something different or need to pick up your order on a different day (within the leeway window), please reach out and we can discuss.

RUSH ORDERS FEES

A rush order is any order that is needed within 72 hours.  This fee begins at $25 for small orders and there on up depending on order size and complexity.  Rush orders are accepted only if time permits, therefore, are NOT guaranteed.

Payments & Refunds

Full payment is due upon ordering. No refunds will be issued unless there is an unforeseen circumstance and your order cannot be completed by the due date.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP & LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer curbside pickup on Fridays and Saturdays.  

Friday 5-8 pm - Saturday 11-2

Local deliveries are free on all orders over $150, and, within a 10 mile radius.
